Construction of wooden houses

For over 20 years we build wooden houses, produce planed softwood and square edged timber used in wooden construction.

Quality made wooden houses manufactured of solid pine logs, popular the past few years, more modern, high-tech and user-friendly successfully built by YUMAX in Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Ufa, Ulyanovsk, Tolyatti, Volgograd and many other cities of Russia.

From the day of entering the market in 1991 the main activity has been focused on the production of complete kits, as well as the construction of log houses. During our work in the field of low-rise suburban housing, we have built and successfully put into operation hundreds of houses, finnish saunas and russian steam-baths - banya - well-known in many European countries. A few years ago, due to the increased interest of buyers to the construction of solid timber, we have decided to expand our production and launched a new line for the manufacture of ready-to-assemble sets of profiled square logs.

All these years our team has developed and improved. So, the production technology was improved, but the commitment to produce a traditional russian log house remained unchanged. Today we produce round logs from 18 to 26 cm in diameter as well as profiled square logs from 90x90 to 190x190 mm natural humidity and kiln-dried. The ultimate cost of our log house made of round or square logs depends on the chosen configuration.

Our log cabins and steam-baths can be equipped with all the necessary square edged wood: solid wood flooring, cladding both for internal and external applications, boards, and other wooden elements, including the thermowood: terrace decking, solid flooring, beveled strap, edged board etc.
